Yes. It works for any public X account, so you can check a friend, a creator you follow, or a brand. Private accounts cannot be read.
The tool reads a few hundred recent public posts, so older conversations drop off. It also cannot see likes, follows, direct messages or anything from private accounts. You can remove anyone from the list, but you cannot add people who were not found.
Recent interactions count more than old ones, so the circle shifts as you post. The public-post service it reads from also returns slightly different amounts of history from one run to the next.
