Our commitment to fairness and transparency
This Refund Policy applies to all paid services offered by SocialJJ (operated by Jerry Jose). Please read this carefully before purchasing any service.
The SocialJJ newsletter is completely free. There are no charges, and therefore no refunds are applicable. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
For paid coaching and consulting engagements, the following refund terms apply:
Before work begins: If you cancel before the first session or before any agreed deliverable work has started, you are entitled to a full refund. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
After work has begun: Once a session has taken place or work on a deliverable has commenced, refunds are not available for that portion of the service. If you are partway through a package, a prorated refund may be considered at our discretion.
You may cancel a scheduled session up to 24 hours in advance without charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full or forfeited from your package, depending on the agreement in place.
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you are unable to continue due to a genuine emergency or extenuating circumstance, please reach out and we will do our best to find a fair resolution. Each case will be reviewed individually.
To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, please email us at jerry@socialjj.com with your name, the service you purchased, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
