My answer is "YAY!"
I know using AI while building your personal brand on social media sounds weird and not authentic.
But
Using AI to build out drafts, automation, and processes helps you save so many hours of manual work.
Then why not use AI to get things done in a faster and smarter way?
I believe AI can be a useful tool for personal branding, but only as an assistant, not as full automation.
The key is to use AI to enhance your ideas and content while still ensuring that everything expresses your unique identity.
Here are 5 ways that you can use to grow your personal brand on social media:
-
Use AI content idea generation and improve certain sections of your post with refined messaging.
-
Use AI for creatives; it can be an image, video or audio. Leverage tools to make better presentations for your content.
-
If you have a pro subscription to AI tools, then train it to sound more like you by sharing examples of your writing style and unique nuances. Use it when you are not getting any new ideas but want to maintain consistency on any platform.
-
Use automation when you are dealing with a large audience base and are a single creator working without a team.
-
Repurpose different platform content using tools to rewrite, resize, and republish various formats across channels.
Using AI to build your personal brand on social media is not a bad thing. We all need help when we are working as a one-person business, and leveraging AI is the best help we can ask for!
Do you leverage AI to build your personal brand? If yes, let me know what tools you are using.

How Sanjana built her personal brand by sharing her unbiased opinions and building trust with her community...
Sanjana Singh Raghuvanshi
Sanjana is one of my favourite creators on X. She has built a personal brand on X by being honest and sharing her genuine opinion about trends in society.
I asked her, "What does personal branding mean to you?"
Her response was, "Personal branding for me is about defining who I am to the world. It's about being honest. I also use it to shape my reputation and the values that I stand for, both personally and in my professional pursuits. I want to be recognized for my expertise in auditing. My goal is to leave an impact by promoting trust and integrity in all organizations I assist. Apart from that, I speak my mind and love to put my opinions out there. Personal branding is also about having fun and it's not only serious, because that's a true reflection on who I am!"
